Classified School Employee of the Year

The purpose of the “National Classified School Employee of the Year Award Program (CSEY) is to pay tribute to the tireless efforts of our nation’s outstanding classified school employees who provide services to students in prekindergarten through higher education in the following occupational specialties:

(A) Paraeducator services.
(B) Clerical and administrative services.
(C) Transportation services.
(D) Food and nutrition services.
(E) Custodial and maintenance services.
(F) Security services.
(G) Health and student services.
(H) Technical services.
(I) Skilled trades.

The award winners will be recognized nationally by the Secretary of Education and the President.
